All sales are final. No refund is available for cancellations.
Redemption Instructions
WHERE TO MEET Meet at the first venue on the lineup at the listed time on our website (typically 9pm or 9:30pm). If you are running late, you can check-in as late as 30 minutes late. Your host(s) will be waiting at the first venue to check you in, wearing blue uniforms with host lanyards around their neck. ON THE NIGHT OF YOUR CRAWL Starting 15 minutes before your crawl, you can call your host at “866-THE-EPIC” (866-843-3742). Hosts do not receive texts, only calls. DRESS CODE → Nightclubs are strict and expect you to ‘dress-to-impress.’ Men must be in long pants with a button up or collared shirt. → Prohibited items include: Athletic-wear, sneakers, graphic tees, flip flops, large bags, overly revealing clothing, or excessively baggy or ripped clothing. Read the dress code blog on our website for more information. → All venues will require you to coat check any heavy jackets or large bags. Average cost is $10 - $20 per item. GRATUITY We kindly remind you that gratuity is a huge part of the hospitality industry. Your hosts will work hard to ensure YOU have an epic day. We suggest tipping your team of hosts $20+ per guest. (Cash or Venmo are both accepted!) VALID ID REQUIRED Must be 21+ years old with a physical valid, Government-issued ID. Acceptable IDs: USA Government issued ID or a Passport. Photo copies of license, expired license, Student IDs, and military IDs are not accepted. Most venues will NOT accept International Driver’s License.
