You must call 5 Star Helicopter Tours at least 24 hours prior to your tour date to confirm your pick-up time / check-in on: • Local: +1-702-565-7827 • WhatsApp: +1-702-956-7827 • COMFORT & SAFETY - In the interests of comfort and safety, passengers weighing between 250 Lbs (112 kg/17.9 stone) and 375 Lbs (170 kg/26.5 stones) will be required to purchase an additional seat. This is payable directly to the tour operator on the day of the tour. Note that the maximum allowable body weight on the helicopter is 375 Lbs (170 kg/26.8 stones). • VALID IDENTIFICATION - A Valid Government ID is required to board the helicopter flight. Acceptable forms of identification include a Government issued Driver's License or Passport. Your ID MUST match the lead name on this voucher. • MINIMUM NUMBERS - There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there is not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund • NON-PRIVATE FLIGHT - The flight is NOT private unless 6 seats are purchased. The helicopter seats up to 6 passengers plus the Pilot onboard. • This tour is not wheelchair accessible.
