You will be given your direct entry ticket. Your tour guide will contact you one day prior to the tour to confirm the exact departure time. Please ensure your phone is on and stay connected. If you do not hear from your guide, it may be because they were unable to reach you. Please contact us the day before departure to confirm your pick-up location and time. If the tour guide can't reach you and you do not contact us one day in advance, resulting in not joining the tour on time, you will be responsible for the losses. Please Note: National Park fees may apply for international visitors. If applicable, this fee is collected in-destination and not at the time of booking.
