Redemption Instructions

The pick up transfer is only from selected centrally located hotels. If your hotel is outside the geographic area, we will confirm the closest meeting point. Indicate the name and address of your hotel. We suggest you confirm the booking details with us prior to travel, or upon arrival at your destination. If your accommodation does not appear in the address bar, please include it while booking and contact us after booking. We’ll confirm the nearest available meeting point. If you choose the option without transfers, you must go to La Ventana on your own (Balcarce 425, San Telmo, Buenos Aires).
