Voucher Redemption Process for iCards (Mobile App Version): Have an Apple of Android Phone and prefer a mobile iCard? – Register your card and use directly from your phone and unlock more benefits and features. (Wi-Fi or cellular data connection required) 1. Download the VIP Shop & Dine 4Less Card App from iTunes or Google Play 2. Open App on your mobile device and complete account registration instructions in App 3. Go to “Register Card”, enter your Viator booking reference (BR-) # located above in the “Card Number” field. 4. Select card type "VIP Shop & Dine 4Less Card City Hopper" and select your travel start date listed on this document. 5. Using the camera icon on the Register Card screen, take a photo (or upload) of this document and click Submit. (be sure to include all booking information to avoid disruptions or delays in registration) 6. Pull up your iCard on your mobile app under My Cards in your Card Wallet, present to participating venues prior to ordering and start saving for up to 4 people per iCard. eSIM All Access Pass Instructions 1. Redeem your eSIM All Access PassTM as soon as possible by visiting https://active.smartsimusa.com/redeemVIATOR/ 2. Select either eSIM or Physical SIM and complete the onscreen device compatibility check and code verification instructions. 3. When prompted, enter your booking reference code beginning with “BR” (or VIA For Physical SIMs when noted in the onscreen instructions) 4. You will be able to promptly schedule any VIP Preferred Rate Airtime Plan, or you may opt to schedule your plan later. 5. If you opt to schedule your plan later, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with instructions to purchase and schedule an airtime plan.
