Important Information – Please Read Carefully Meeting Point & Confirmation Please contact your local tour operator in advance to confirm the exact location and meeting point of your yacht. Ensure your WhatsApp is active and that you have a working phone number to enable smooth communication on the day of the cruise. Meeting Time & Punctuality Guests are requested to arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals will result in a reduction of cruise time, as no extensions can be provided. If you miss your scheduled tour, it will be considered a “No Show”, and 100% of your payment will be forfeited. Check-In Requirements Please present your booking voucher at check-in. All passengers must carry a valid form of identification (Passport for foreigners, Emirates ID or Passport for UAE residents). IDs must be shown upon request by the tour operator for verification both at check-in and prior to boarding. Tour Timing & Departures Tours depart strictly on time to maintain schedule integrity. If you arrive late, we will make every effort to accommodate your full cruise; however, if another booking follows immediately, your tour time may be shortened. Rescheduling Policy Rescheduling is permitted only under the following conditions: Requests are made at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability. Tours are canceled due to adverse weather conditions (as determined by management). Other operational issues prevent the tour (as decided by management).
