Redemption Instructions
To enjoy the Farolesa experience, it is essential to arrive on time at the ticket booth located in front of the roundabout at Cerro del Crestón (entrance to the Mazatlán Lighthouse). Please arrive 15 minutes before the time confirmed in your reservation. Google Maps Location: https://maps.app.goo.gl/BoCjpsyEjptNysXC8 Address: Farolesa Ticket Booth, in front of the roundabout at Cerro del Crestón (entrance to the Mazatlán Lighthouse). ⚠️ Important Information Check-in at the ticket booth is mandatory before going up to the lighthouse. Here, you will receive your safety briefing, complimentary souvenirs, and be accompanied by our guide during the ascent. For safety reasons, age, weight, and height restrictions apply to the zipline. This activity is not recommended for pregnant women, people with heart conditions, or those with limited mobility.
