We operate under the Passenger Vessel Safety Act of 1993, and you will need to select a captain for your trip and sign a Bareboat Charter Agreement, according to this USCG law. The company will email you the contract and you can also select the captain there, 2 to 3 days before the starting time. Please remember to call 7867016078 if you have questions (We will answer your concerns faster that way, try not to use the message system through this app), we always suggest you call after your booking to clarify if you have questions regarding the trip, we can send you an email with more instructions about parking, address, etc. All travelers MUST sign Waivers. Please be aware of Traffic, Rush hour in Miami is between 3 pm and 7 pm. We must request a bridge opening at 5th street bridge. This bridge won't open from 4:40 PM to 5:50 Pm on weekdays, if your trip is at 4 pm please be on time to prevent any problems with the bridge. Weather & Trip Protection Policy If unsafe weather prevents safe boat operations, Bruschi Boat Rental or the captain may cancel before departure or require the boat to return after departure. Guests with Trip Protection may qualify for refund, reschedule, or credit options under our policy. Guests without Trip Protection may only qualify for reschedule or credit when applicable. Trip Protection must be requested before the reservation by calling or texting Bruschi Boat Rental at 786-701-6078. Do not rely on weather apps or conditions in your area; always arrive on time unless we confirm cancellation in writing. Failure to show up will forfeit the full amount and be recorded as a no-show.
