We operate under the Passenger Vessel Safety Act of 1993, and you will need to select a captain for your trip and sign a Bareboat Charter Agreement, according to this USCG law. The company will email you the contract and you can also select the captain there, 2 to 3 days before the starting time. Please remember to call 7867016078 if you have questions (We will answer your concerns faster that way, try not to use the message system through this app), we always suggest you call after your booking to clarify if you have questions regarding the trip, we can send you an email with more instructions about parking, address, etc. All travelers MUST sign Waivers. Please be aware of Traffic, Rush hour in Miami is between 3 pm and 7 pm. We must request a bridge opening at 5th street bridge. This bridge won't open from 4:40 PM to 5:50 Pm on weekdays, if your trip is at 4 pm please be on time to prevent any problems with the bridge. Customers booking after 4:00 PM, the captain will be waiting for you outside, your captain should call you 1 hour before to give you instructions. Weather Policy In the event of unfavorable weather conditions that prevent safe boat operations, we will arrange a rescheduled time for your reservation. Please do not assume that the reservation will be automatically canceled due to current conditions in your area. Instead, always assume that the reservation will proceed as planned. The company holds the authority to cancel a reservation, and failure to show up will result in forfeiture of the full amount and will be recorded as a no show.
