Meet outside, your guide will be wearing a green polo. Morning meeting time is at 07:30 and afternoon time is 11:40.
Redemption Instructions
• No cancellations due rain / This trip is operated in all weather conditions • Minimum age to drive ATV 16 years old • Ziplining is not available temporary • Not recommended for participants with back problems or pregnant women Hotel pickups commence prior to this time, you must contact the local service provider to verify your exact pickup time.
Pickup Information
We provide ground transportation to and from your hotel. Your pick-up time will be assigned based on the distance from your hotel. If your hotel or Airbnb is not listed, don’t worry! We offer pick-ups from almost anywhere and can arrange this for you. You’ll be informed of your pick-up details before your tour date. In Tulum, we have four convenient meeting points near hotels and Airbnbs: - Restaurant El Camello Jr. - Super AKI Tulum - Super Chedraui Tulum - Hotel Kore Tulum Tour Timings: *Morning Tour*: Ends at 1:40 PM. You will be dropped off at your pick-up point around 2:45 PM. *Afternoon Tour*: Ends at 5:45 PM. You will be dropped off at your pick-up point around 6:45 PM. If you are a group of 6+ passengers we can meet you directly at your airbnb in Tulum.
