Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

Transportation to class departs 15 mins before class time. Please be shoreside to check in with the greeting attendent 25 mins prior to the start of class. 8:35 for a 9 am class and 12:35 for a 1 pm class.

Pickup Information

Your ground transport will be provided by Sitka Tours. Once you are ashore please head directly up the ramp and into the terminal building. You will group under door #3 and look for a Sitka Tours rep driving a white vehicle with blue lettering. Often there are reps standing near the door with blue blazers. Ask any rep or driver and they will direct you to the correct shuttle. Please be shoreside by 8:35 for a 8:45 departure or 12:35 for a 12:45 departure.
