• You will be contacted by email after your reservation, and after reading please confirm. • A current valid passport is required on the day of travel • You MUST confirm and obtain any visa requirements prior to border crossing. All visa requirements are the sole responsibility of the traveler. • Please contact the local service provider to verify your exact pickup time and location and make sure you give correct email adress. • Dress code is smart casual

Pickup Information

Pick-up is at the agreed location that we have previously arranged via email. The guide will announce your name upon the bus's arrival, so please make sure to be there on time. Please be punctual, as we are not permitted to wait at the pick-up point and can only stop briefly to collect passengers. Due to traffic, minor delays of a few minutes are possible. • Guests who do not provide pick-up information 12 hours before the excursion will be picked up at the main meeting point at the bus stop in Vladimira Nazora Street next to the INA gas station at 06:40 am. • Please prepare small cash for the following payments: • MOSTAR AND KRAVICE WATERFALLS (3 EUR tourist tax + 10 EUR entrance to the waterfalls) – total 13 EUR per person • Please ensure you have the necessary documents for border crossing: your passport (not a copy) or an ID card (EU citizens only), and a multiple-entry Schengen visa (if required).
