Redemption Instructions
• Comfortable walking shoes are recommended • Hotel departure time is approximate and varies by hotel, you will receive an email with the exact pick up time. • Please refrain from use of sunscreen and insect repellent prior to tour • Participants with flu or cold will not be allowed to interact with monkeys. • Hotel pickups for the early departure are from 7 am-8:10 am. Pickups for the late departure are from 1 pm-2:10 pm. We will send you an email with the exact pick up time • 1 Free reschedule available upon request in case of sickness or misshapen. * We operate rain or shine, except in the case of extreme weather events like hurricanes or tropical storm. * Office hours: from 9 am to 5:30 pm

We can arrange meeting points for almost anywhere in the area. If you do not see your hotel on the list and you are staying at Bavaro, Punta Cana, Macao, Uvero Alto, Cortecito, Cabeza de Toro or its surroundings, we can arrange a close meeting point to pick you up.
