For guests meeting at Dubai Mall, please proceed to the Big Bus Station at the Main Entrance. Arrive 15–30 mins before pickup. For help, contact your guide or our team. Note: Pick-up from areas outside Dubai, like Bab Al Shams, will have an extra transport charge.

UAE rules: pregnant guests, infants under 3, and guests with back, neck, or heart conditions should not join off-road activities
