Pickup Information

We offer free transportation from your hotel in Cancun or Riviera Maya, the pick-up time will be confirmed by one of our executives. For clients staying in hotels located between Playa del Carmen and Tulum, we operate the tour as 3x1, if this is the case, select the tour grade 3x1 tour. For clients staying at Tulum hotel zone or Tulum downtown we will provide a meeting point for the transportation service.
