Redemption Instructions

• Please remember that you will be requested to show the confirmation/voucher at the meeting point, either a paper copy or on mobile devices. Make sure you have it with you! • We advise you to arrive at the meeting point at least 20 minutes before the departure time specified. • Please note that, due to the particular morphological structure of Venice and the logistic problems resulting from it, this tour is not recommended to people with limited mobility. • This is a shared multi-language tour which can be booked by additional participants. • The stop in Murano (approx. 1 hour) allows you an optional visit to a glass factory with a short demonstration of the art of blown glass, and also some free time. The stop in Burano (approx. 2 hours) is completely at your disposal. If the optional visits in the program are not undertaken, you are strongly required to comply with the timetable set out by the staff: the excursion will head back at the scheduled time, without waiting. • The shuttle service from from the railway station to St Mark’s Riva degli Schiavoni – the starting point of the three-island tour of Venice - and vice versa is included in the tour price. • The tour has a variable duration (around 7 hours and 30 min) based on the number of participants and resulting type of vessel used. • Only small sized dogs with muzzle are admitted on board. • Unfortunately you cannot be refunded (neither totally nor partially) if you don’t show up at the meeting point at the time indicated on the voucher or if you leave before the end of the tour. • For emergencies on site, please contact us at +39 041 8877441 or info@insidecom.it or chat with us on Venetoinside Facebook Messenger from Monday to Friday, from 8.30 am to 5.30 pm CET.
