Redemption Instructions

Meeting Point is at the "Gangway Entrance" leading to the boats in the marina, located next to the Senibong Cove Sales Gallery office. Alcoholic beverages are not Allowed, and the decision to proceed with the cruise is solely at the Captain’s discretion, especially in bad weather conditions. The maximum capacity is 10 people per cruise, including infants and children. Please remain seated throughout the cruise, and avoid using mobile phones when it’s raining. There is no toilet on the boat, so please use facilities before the cruise. BBQ can be arranged with a pre-order 3 days in advance. If you wish to request a Mangrove Tour, please do so before the trip; the Captain will decide based on tide conditions. All passengers must sign an indemnity form, and we do not operate during bad weather. If the slots are full, we’ll provide alternative dates or times if available. Be sure to bring your camera to capture the beautiful wildlife and scenic views! 4pm (1st Departure), 5pm (2nd Departure), 6pm (3rd Departure)
