Redemption Instructions
• Comfortable walking shoes are recommended • If you have not already specified, you MUST advise supplier as soon as possible your Ship name, docking time, disembarkation time and departure time so that appropriate arrangements can be made • Pickup from green gate at cruise terminal for all cruise ship arrivals.
Pickup Information
We pickup from all location including hotels, airport, hostels, residentials, train station etc. where ever you opt for in city limits . We will share Guide or Driver details along with vehicle number with you through wassup or email one day prior of the tour. Check someone holding your name A4 size card for identification and our company name also mentioned on it. Hotels: Pickup from Lobby(Driver will meet you around reception area. Port: Pickup from cruise terminal (Cruise customers need to meet at the green gate ,you can take free shuttle bus service to reach green gate approximately 2 minutes away from cruise terminal) Airport: Pickup from Arrival terminal Railway station: Pickup from OUSIDE Train coach. Residential: Pickup from Doorstep. Return point: To the door step of your Hotel / Airport / Train station .
