Each class is adapted to the group and combines yoga, Pilates and breathing techniques to help you relax, move freely and restore your energy during your holiday. Practising outdoors, with the sound of the sea and the warm Costa del Sol climate, creates a calm and memorable experience that many travellers say becomes one of the highlights of their trip. Sessions are welcoming, friendly and suitable for beginners as well as experienced practitioners.

For private sessions at your villa, please send your location after booking so we can confirm the meeting point and travel time. Parking is available near La Luna Beach or above the tunnel leading to the beach. Beach sessions usually take place on the wooden platform next to the restaurant.
