• Please arrive 15 minutes before your tour start time for check-in. Out of courtesy to other guests, we’re unable to wait for latecomers. No refunds can be provided for late arrivals or no-shows. • Please bring comfortable shoes. • During the hot months, bring a hat, sunscreen lotion, and a bottle of water with you. • Unfortunately due to the nature of this tour it is not suitable for guests with mobility impairments or with wheelchairs, or strollers. • In the event of bad weather or hazardous conditions, for safety reasons, the boat tours may be canceled at the last minute at the company’s discretion. Safety is our top priority, and due to any operational or safety reasons beyond our control, no refund will be provided. • Tips/gratuities (for your guide) are always appreciated. • Walks and Devour comply with all local government regulations.
