Check-in Time You must arrive at least 5 minutes prior to tour meeting time. The tour will begin on time and your check-in time is important. Out of respect for the other passengers we won't be able to accommodate late arrivals. Dietary Notes This tour was created as well- balanced and thoughtful gastronomy experience (local Tapas) and features visits to establishments that are not always able to cater to all dietary requirements. This tour is suitable for vegetarians, lactose free, and gluten free (non-celiac) customers. We recommend that you bring a water bottle, sunscreen, and hat during the summer months. Additional Information In Spain, tapas are more than just food—they're a social and cultural activity meant to be enjoyed in company. Some are elaborate plates full of food; others are bite-sized dishes of olives or potato chips. Some are hot; some are cold. Rather than sitting at a table, people commonly eat their tapas standing up at the bar or at small tables. It stands to reason, because tapas are informal, and the bars are often busy. We reserve the right to change both the route and places visited within the tour. Food inclusions are subject to change, dependent on availability on the day. How many food stops are included on this tour? We’ll visit five delicious tasting stops, each offering a unique flavor of Madrid—from traditional taverns to bustling market stalls.

We aim to follow a thoughtfully curated route, but sometimes we may adjust the itinerary based on the opening hours or crowd levels at certain bars and restaurants. Rest assured, any changes made will still reflect the same high standard of quality and authenticity—you won’t miss out!

How much walking is involved in the tour? This tour covers approximately 1.6 km (1 mile) of walking through Madrid’s vibrant streets. The pace is relaxed, with plenty of stops along the way, but we do recommend wearing comfortable shoes.
