Overview

Summer Break (July–August) Tours are paused for July–August due to Seoul's summer heat. We'll be back on September 1st. See you then! I grew up in Bukchon, long before it became one of Seoul's most visited neighborhoods. Since February 2025, guests from around the world have made this storytelling tour deeply rewarding. Bukchon sat at the heart of Korean politics, economy, and culture from 1392 into the 1980s. Guided by a storyteller born and raised here — a filmmaker and screenwriting professor — you'll wander its alleys and the stories within them. Please note before booking: • Recommended for ages 13+ (storytelling-focused). • Wear comfy sneakers and bring water. • Restrooms available at the 30-, 60- and 90-min points.
