Airport Pickup via Curbside Pickup: For curbside service, the chauffeur will contact the phone number on file upon arrival and provide instructions for the most convenient pickup location. At Montréal–Trudeau Airport, the pickup location is typically at Door 7, unless otherwise instructed. A complimentary waiting time of 45 minutes is included for all airport pickups to allow passengers time to clear customs and collect their luggage.
