For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

Tour is private. Please make sure your contact informations is accurate. You will receive a phone call from our company the night prior to your adventure. If an international number is used please provide your hotel room number for contact. If contact is not made within the 24 hours of the adventure there will be no refunds if we are unable to confirm pickup and a booking credit will be given.

Pickup Information

**** We pick up ANYWHERE in Maui as it is a private tour just for your group. If your place of stay isn't listed, no problem! Contact our office after booking we will note your reservation and pick you up without issue! ****
