Redemption Instructions

Important Information: - Please check your emails. It is our primary means of communication. - Boarding opens at 8:30 AM and closes at 9:45 AM. The boat departs at 10:00 AM sharp and will not be delayed for late arrivals. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before departure. - No refunds will be issued for late arrivals or missed departures. - All visitors wishing to get off the boat in the Blue Lagoon must present a landing QR code access pass with a designated time slot. You can obtain this on www.blcomino.com. You will need the morning and afternoon slot. Before boarding the boat in the morning scan the QR code received by email with the local Authority officers, they will provide you access and then make your way to the boat. It is a big blue and white boat with Hornblower in red on the side. - Malta experiences heavy traffic, especially in peak season. Parking near the departure point is limited. Please allow extra time, we cannot be held responsible for late arrivals. - It is your responsibility to check and know your correct boarding time prior to the tour date. - Upper deck seating is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend arriving at least one hour early to secure your spot. - Use of slide unlimited and at your own risk - Optional Speedboat Ride: €15 speedboat ride into the Comino caves is available on site. This is payable to the representative. - The return is at 5:00pm - The captain may cancel or modify the trip due to weather or sea conditions.Routes, start, and end points may also change for safety reasons. SUNSET Cruise: - Departure: 5:15 PM - Please be on the boat no later than 5:05 PM. - For check-in, look for Katherine at the location she will assist you directly.
