Cancellation Policy

If you cancel at least 6 full day(s) before the scheduled departure time, you will receive a full refund.<br>If you cancel between 2 and 6 day(s) before the scheduled departure time, you will receive a 50% refund.<br>If you cancel within 2 day(s) of the scheduled departure, you will receive a 0% refund.

• 100% refund if cancelled 6+ days before the start date
• 50% refund if cancelled 2–6 days before the start date
• 0% refund if cancelled less than 2 day(s) before the start date

Pickup Information

Transportation to the cruise is excluded. This service will cost you USD 35/pax for round trip by luxury sharing van car. This service is applied in Hanoi Old Quarter Area only. Kindly inform me to book transportation service 5 days in advance. In case you come to our cruise by yourself, please be ready at 11.30 am at No.34 Tuần Châu Marina, Quảng Ninh.
