Fresh ingredients, everything from scratch, flavors of our traditional Mexico; everything is set and carefully hand-picked for you to enjoy and live an authentic cultural and gastronomical immersion to the deepest traditions and roots of our ancient Mexican cuisine. Our gastro-cultural experience starts off with a brief introduction to the essential flavors and ingredients of Mexican cuisine at the market. Then, in an ambiance full of joy, music and laughter, we will prepare a full menu with sides, salsa and agua fresca The preparation of tortillas and quesadillas is from scratch, as well as quesadillas, for which we always use artisanal cheese.
