Where to find my eSIM? • Your eSIM QR will be delivered by Viator Supplier via Email within minutes. • In the email, the eSIM is attached as a PDF file. • If you couldn't locate it as it may have landed in spam folder, search for "Viator Supplier" email. • Should you wish to receive it directly to your email address, send us an email at hello@frewie.com with your email and Booking Reference: BR-10 digits (Located in your booking voucher), • Alternatively, respond to the email from the Viator Supplier. eSIM Important Notes • Please ensure that you have an eSIM compatible and network-unlocked device, and the travel itinerary is confirmed.
