Meeting and Pickup
Stop #1 Bayside Marketplace (333 Biscayne Blvd). Please look for the Big Bus Kiosk in the outside plaza south of Ben's Pizza. Please arrive 15 minutes in advance of departure time. The journey to the Everglades Holiday Park takes between 45-60 minutes. Total tour duration is approximately 5 hours.
Redemption Instructions
Everglades Departure Points: Miami Beach (Soundscape Park): 8:30AM, 9AM, 930AM, 2PM, & 2:30PM. Downtown Miami (Bayside Marketplace): 9:05AM, 9:35AM, 10AM, 2:35PM, & 3:05PM The Boat tour (Island Queen Cruises) is located inside Bayside Marketplace through the main entrance straight towards the water. The ticket booth is located next to the music stage in the center of the mall and near Trade winds Bar and Grill. Download the Big Bus app from the App Store or Google Play. Open the app and tap "Add Booking" and enter your booking reference. On the day of travel, open your ticket and press "Activate" then show your activated ticket to the driver at any stop along the route. Plus, use the app for route information and live bus tracking.
