• Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund. • Minimum numbers apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there is not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund • Not recommended for participants with back problems • Minimum drinking age is 21 years • Your tickets will be held at the ticket office for collection on the day of the cruise up to one hour prior to departure time. You will be required to present this voucher, along with photo ID in exchange for your tickets • Note: Departure times are dependent upon sunset times based on the season and date of travel. • You must call Supplier at 1 231 436 5094 to confirm departure time at least 1 day in advance
