Know Before You Go: - Please check your email the day before the tour for important details from Rosotravel, your tour operator. - The number of attractions depends on the selected option. Transfers and Pitti Palace tickets aren’t included in the 2-hour tour. - All visitors must provide their full name and date of birth when booking. - With timed entry tickets, you’ll have a reserved slot for the Medici Chapels and Pitti Palace, avoiding the ticket queue. Tickets must be collected 15 minutes before entry. You can’t skip validation or security checks. - In Medici Chapel, one licensed guide can lead up to 20 people; extra guides cost more. Ticket: €9. - In Pitti Palace, one guide can lead up to 16 people. Headsets are included for groups of 5+. Ticket: €16. - The 3- and 5-hour options include about 1 hour of round-trip transfer, depending on distance and traffic. - We’ll arrange a standard car (sedan) for 1–4 people or a larger van for 5+. You can book a 5-person tour for more space.
