• Please provide (Odyssey DMC) with your full hotel name and room number while reconfirming your pickup time.The pick up time indicated on the web page is an approximation only. Please reconfirm your exact pick-up time at the given number in order to avoid inconveniences. • If you didn’t receive the voucher which includes a barcode/7digit order number from the Tours Operator (Odyssey DMC),Please contact +971 56 504 0565 (Call/WhatsApp) or email to bookings@odysseydmc.com before your visit day/time. • The duration of tour mentioned is approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic condition. • Delays in hotel pick-up may occur due to traffic conditions. • The local tour operator reserves the right to cancel any part of the scheduled programs because of government decisions, public holidays, weather conditions, or other similar circumstances. • Dress code: lightweight summer clothing is suitable for most of the year, but sweaters or jackets may be needed for the winter months, especially in the evenings. Good quality sunglasses are advised. Hats are advisable when in direct sunlight.

• Your centrally located Dubai, Sharjah, hotels or Dubai Port Rashid ( cruise terminal) • Pick up service from Jebel Ali Hotels, Bab Al Shams or from Al Maha Desert Resort or others locations ( which is not in City limit) are available only with additional cost upon request based on your location. • For Transit guest, pick up can be arranged from any nearby Airport Hotels ( without luggage) >> Departure time : - • WINTER time ( Oct - Apr ) - Between 14:45pm and 15:15pm approximately • SUMMER time ( May - Sept ) - Between 15:00pm and 15:45pm approximately
