Pickup Information

Shared Transfer Service A minimum of 2 guests is required for hotel pickup. For single travelers (1 guest), hotel pickup is subject to availability, and an additional surcharge may apply. Pickup typically begins between 6:45 AM and 7:00 AM, depending on your location. Exact pickup details will be shared one day prior to the tour via WhatsApp. Transfer durations are approximate and may vary due to traffic and border procedures. Sponsor Requirement Dependents must travel with their visa sponsor. For example, a child sponsored by their father must be accompanied by the father when crossing the border. Private Vehicle Entry Guests driving their own vehicle must: Have valid Oman vehicle insurance. Travel with the registered vehicle owner. Ensure the vehicle is not under bank finance or loan restrictions. Visa Renewal & Change This tour cannot be used for visa renewal, visa extension, or visa change purposes. Travelers with visas close to expiry may be denied travel. Important Booking Information Passport Submission A clear passport copy for each traveler is mandatory to obtain the Oman border crossing permit. Please submit passport copies immediately after booking to avoid delays. Communication A valid WhatsApp number is required for operational updates.
