Due to the winter weather, it is not possible to go to Mount Fuji 5th Station. From Dec 1th to April 25th of the following year, go to Arakurayama Sengen Park instead of Mt.Fuji 5th.

Tattoo Policy : The hot spring Kinohanano-yu 「木の花の湯」permits entry for guests with tattoos, whereas other hot springs do not allow it.

You can only choose either shopping at Gotemba Premium Outlets or a hot spring，on the third Thursday of February，both the outlet and the hot spring are closed for a regular holiday, so you will visit either Lake Yamanaka for sightseeing or Lake Yamanaka for a hot spring experience.

The tour guide will hold a yellow flag with the 'Gogoday' logo at the meeting point. Simply tell the tour guide the name you used when booking, and you'll be able to join,Please arrive 15 minutes early. No refunds for late arrivals or no-shows.

Weekend and holiday traffic in Japan may delay the return time past 8 p.m. Our company will cover any overtime fees for the guide and driver. we kindly recommend not scheduling any activities or transport afterward to avoid losses. Please note that visit times at attractions may also be shortened， adjusted or canceled due to the same reason,We sincerely ask for your understanding and patience.
