Overview

Capture the most viral views of Mt. Fuji in a single day! Unlike standard tours, this is specialized in the trending photography spots seen on Instagram: the iconic Chureito Pagoda, the retro Hikawa Clock Shop street, and the famous Lawson convenience store view. The itinerary is seasonally optimized—and will take you to the best flower parks (Cherry Blossoms, Lavender, or Red Maples) depending on the date. Plus, these are uniquely luggage-friendly, allowing one free suitcase per traveler.

Meeting and Pickup

Meeting point

Please meet us in front of the Mode Gakuen Cocoon Tower (the distinctive tall building shaped like a cocoon). The meeting spot is on the ground level, right in front of the building entrance. Look for the guide holding a Yellow Flag with the "Gogoday" logo and a smiley face on it.

Itinerary

1. Arakurayama Sengen Park
This is one of the "21 Places Photographers Must Visit Before They Die." You will climb 397 steps to reach the observation deck. Here, you can capture the iconic five-story red pagoda with the majestic Mt. Fuji in the background. It is the definitive image of Japan. In spring, the cherry blossoms add a pink frame to the mountain; in autumn, the red maple leaves are equally breathtaking. (Self-guided walking & photo time)
Duration: 60 mins
2. Shimoyoshida Station Blue Train Terrace
Escape the city crowds and visit this retro shopping street in Fujiyoshida. The street acts like a leading line, guiding your eyes directly to the massive Mt. Fuji at the end of the road. This is currently one of the most trending photography spots on Instagram. We will stop near the famous "Hikawa Clock Shop" so you can capture this nostalgic Japanese street scene.
Duration: 20 mins
3. Oshino Hakkai
Explore a traditional village famous for its eight crystal-clear ponds. The water here is melted snow from Mt. Fuji that has been filtered through lava rocks for decades—it is so pure you can drink it directly from the source! Take your time to enjoy the reflection of Mt. Fuji in the water, taste local street food (like roasted sweet potatoes or tofu), and soak in the peaceful atmosphere of this UNESCO World Heritage site.
Duration: 90 mins
4. Kawaguchiko Station Bldg.
We will make a quick stop at the famous Lawson convenience store near Kawaguchiko Station. This spot became a social media sensation because Mt. Fuji appears to sit right on top of the store's roof. It creates a unique contrast between modern daily life and nature's grandeur. (Note: Please be mindful of traffic safety when taking photos across the street).
Duration: 20 mins
5. Oishi Park
Depending on the season, we will take you to the best spot to view flowers with Mt. Fuji: Standard / Summer: Visit Oishi Park to see the purple Lavender fields (June-July) or Kochia balls (Autumn) by the lake. Autumn (Nov): Visit the Maple Corridor (Momiji Kairo) to walk through a tunnel of vibrant red maple leaves. Spring (Apr): Visit the Kawaguchiko Sakura Festival area for stunning cherry blossoms. (The guide will choose the best scenic spot based on the blooming conditions of the day).
Duration: 50 mins
