As you enter the cave, you’ll feel the cool air and see sparkling ice formations that stay frozen throughout the year. The ice pillars, glowing walls, and tight pathways create a thrilling experience you won’t forget. The cave stretches about 150 meters, with a few low sections where you’ll need to crouch, adding a fun sense of adventure. Gentle lighting inside highlights the natural beauty of the frozen walls and lava shapes. Hidden inside the quiet Aokigahara Forest, this Ice Cave is one of the most popular nature spots around Mount Fuji. It’s an excellent choice for travelers looking for something unique and refreshing. For an even richer experience, you can also explore the nearby Wind Cave, just a short distance away.

Unlike other caves, the Wind Cave is spacious and simple to walk through, making it great for families, seniors, and anyone who prefers an easy path. Long ago, this cave was used as a natural storage place to keep seeds and silkworm cocoons cold and fresh. Located deep within the calm Aokigahara Forest, the Wind Cave offers a quiet escape from city life.
