Redemption Instructions

• Please bring your original Passport during the day. Please carry swimwear and any accessories. • Kindly forward your passport copy of all the persons participating to bookings@odysseydmc.com or what's app ( +971 56 504 0565) , as soon as you make the booking. • If you didn’t receive the voucher which includes a barcode/7digit order number from the Tours Operator (Odyssey DMC),Please contact +971 56 504 0565 (Call/WhatsApp) or email to bookings@odysseydmc.com before your visit day/time. • All participants must carry a 48 hr valid PCR printout from the report time. • All documents for both tourists and residents must be submitted BEFORE TWO UAE WORKING DAYS. • Documents required to prepare the border crossing permission (Clear Color copies as scanned attachment): Passport front photo page with name, address page and the visa page for the UAE resident visa holders and Passport front page with photo & name and address page for the tourist visa holders. • Please provide Odyssey DMC with your full hotel name and room number while reconfirming your pickup time.Please reconfirm your exact pick-up time at the given number in order to avoid inconveniences. • Please note: During the Islamic holidays / Ramadan fasting month ,there will be a restriction on live entertainment and serving alcohol throughout the UAE. Therefore the cruise will be operated without these entertainments during these days.
