Pickup Information

**Communication: All communications will be handled via WhatsApp. Please ensure you have the app downloaded and active. Your guide will contact you the night before your tour to confirm the final pickup details. *Please add your email address in the "Special Requirements" section. Duration: The tour has a maximum duration of 10 hours. This timeframe includes pickup, drop-off, lunch time, and all transfers between sites. Pickup Locations: We pick up guests from Yokohama Port. If your location is not the port, we can pick up from hotels or Airbnb's in the proximity, please consult as additional fees may apply. Traffic & Delays: Please understand that traffic congestion, road conditions, or accidents may occasionally cause the driver to arrive 10–30 minutes late. We appreciate your patience. ***Please carry cash in yen as some of the places you will visit may not receive credit cards or online payment.
