(Available on availability without reservation.)・The 2nd floor of Hakushu Terrace is a free space that anyone can use freely. ・Food and drink cannot be brought into the free space on the 2nd floor of Hakushu Terrace, except for items purchased at the To Go counter on the 1st floor.

If the Subaru Line, the road to the fifth station of Mt Fuji, is closed due to bad weather or traffic conditions, the route will be changed.

During the Fuji Shibazakura Festival (ex. between Apr 13, 2026 and May 25, 2026), the tour won't go to Oishi Park.
