(The guide will not accompany you on the bullet train) *Please note that you will be responsible for your own transportation from Tokyo Sta. to your hotel.***** **Communication: All communications will be handled via WhatsApp. Please ensure you have the app downloaded and active. Your guide will contact you the night before your tour to confirm the final pickup details. Duration: The tour has a maximum duration of 10 hours. This timeframe includes pickup, drop-off, lunch, and all transfers between sites. Pickup Locations: We pick up guests from hotels and apartments (including Airbnbs) within Central Tokyo. If your location is not on our standard list, please consult as additional fees may apply. Airports & Ports: For pickups at airports or seaports, please consult with us in advance as additional fees or scheduling changes may apply. Traffic & Delays: Please understand that traffic congestion, road conditions, or accidents may occasionally cause the driver to arrive 10–30 minutes late.
