IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ BEFORE YOUR TOUR DATE. Tours depart on time as scheduled, and we cannot delay for guests who are not at the correct meeting location. Almost everyone meets at the GoldBelt Tram in downtown Juneau. At either location below, look for your guide holding a blue Liquid Alaska Tours sign. DEFAULT MEETING LOCATION: GOLDBELT TRAM Outside the red GoldBelt Tram building in downtown Juneau, underneath the cables. WHO MEETS WHERE - Cruise ship guests (all ships): GoldBelt Tram - Hotel/Airbnb guests: GoldBelt Tram. We cannot pick up at hotels; with a vehicle, call us to meet at the West Glacier Trailhead. - Norwegian Encore: GoldBelt Tram, unless your sail date is listed below. AJ DOCK EXCEPTIONS - ENCORE ONLY Meet at the AJ Dock (in front of your ship) ONLY on the dates below. This is NOT a general pickup point - even if your ship docks at the AJ Dock, you meet at the GoldBelt Tram unless your exact date is listed. WHAT TO WEAR: Non-insulated rain gear is provided, but you are visiting a glacier - dress in warm layers. Wool or synthetic base layers are best (avoid cotton), plus warm socks, a hat, gloves or mittens, and sunglasses on sunny days. WEATHER CANCELLATIONS: In the rare event of high katabatic winds, your tour may be canceled and fully refunded. We will notify you at or before your scheduled tour time if this occurs.
