Downtown hotel pickup &dropoff: Guests staying at vehicle-inaccessible hutong hotels must walk to the nearest main hotel or designated pickup point.
Note: Toboggan not available for over 60's. About cable way, there are two independent companies you can choose one OR the other.
Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Redemption Instructions
We will send you the ticket confirmation 10 days in advance. Then your passport will be the ticket. You need to present your passport to enter directly.
