For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Redemption Instructions

One day before the tour, you will be contacted by one of our representatives, this to coordinate the pickup schedule at the hotel or airbnb registered in the reservation. On the day of the tour, our assigned guide will ask you to take a photo of your ticket online to confirm the identity of the passenger.

Pickup Information

Pickup starts 07:40 am, the last pickup is at 08:30 am to depart with direct transfer to the first attraction. One night before, one of our representatives will contact you to inform the pickup time, as well as the name of the guide who will pick you up. Upon arrival, the guide will ask you to show your ticket online to take a photo and validate that the pickup has already been made. Please consider that punctuality is indispensable in order to fulfill all planned activities.
