Redemption Instructions
Two ways to activate tickets: 1. Download and open the Big Bus app: Tap "Add Booking" and enter your booking reference. On the day of travel, open your ticket and press "Activate" then show your activated ticket to the driver at any stop along the route. Plus, use the app for route information and live bus tracking. 2. Activate voucher in person with Big Bus staff at Stop #1 - Bayside Marketplace - 333 Biscayne Blvd (main entrance next to Ben's Pizza), or with any driver at any stop along the route. Recommended stop to board the bus: Stop 1 - Bayside Marketplace (333 Biscayne Blvd, Miami Fl 33132) Stop 3 - Soundscape Park - Lincoln Road (1680 Washington Ave, Miami Beach Fl 33139) Stop 8 - Little Havana Welcome Center (1442 SW 8th ST, Miami, FL 33135) Boat Tour - departs every hour. Starting at 11:00 AM from Stop #1 - Bayside Marketplace Island Queen Cruises is located inside Bayside Marketplace through the main entrance straight towards the water. The ticket booth is located next to the music stage in the center of the mall and near Trade Winds Bar and Grill. Please arrive at the ticket booth 30 minutes prior to departure to receive your boarding passes. Ensure you have exchanged your voucher for a valid ticket from a member of Big Bus Staff. Customers are advised to visit the Big Bus website or to download the Big Bus app to see the most up to date bus stop locations, timings and live bus tracking on the day of travel.
