Important Information – Please Read Carefully We provide hotel pickups only in the South Beach area of Miami Beach, specifically from 1st Street to 23rd Street. If you are staying in Miami Beach but north of 23rd Street, we will provide you with the closest available meeting point. For guests staying outside of Miami Beach, pickup is available only at Bayside Marketplace (401 Biscayne Boulevard, Downtown Miami). Please note that we do not offer hotel pickups outside of the Miami Beach area. Important Pickup & Tour Times: Pickups begin at 9:30 AM and the tour officially starts at 10:00 AM. For the afternoon tour, pickups begin at 2:00 PM and the tour officially starts at 2:30 PM. Your exact pickup time will depend on your assigned pickup location and will be confirmed with you before the tour. Driving? If you are driving, we recommend meeting us at Bayside Marketplace, as the tour starts and ends there. Parking is available near the main entrance, making it convenient to access your vehicle once the tour is finished.
