Her background in science and education brings a practical, down-to-earth perspective that helps make the experience both meaningful and accessible. Rather than a tour or lecture, this is a chance to slow down, connect with the landscape, and experience meditation in a way that feels natural and personal. You’ll leave feeling more grounded, more present, and with a simple understanding of how to continue the experience on your own.
