Meeting and Pickup
Check-in is at the big red umbrella, at the Sandra boat sign, by the Sandra boat. Transfers are possible to arrange on special request.
Redemption Instructions
Check-in opens one hour before departure. Please arrive at the check-in point at least 30–45 minutes before departure so our team can inform you which of our three Sandra boats you will be boarding. At check-in, please provide our colleague with the booking platform, the name used for the reservation, and the number of passengers. Please note that we do not use a QR code scanner. The check-in point is located under the large red umbrella at the Sandra sign at Medulin Harbour. The trip from 09:00 - 15:00 lasts 6 hours The trip from 12:00 - 17:00 lasts 5 hours
