Pickup Information

The tour begins in Canmore, with additional pickups in Banff. To ensure a smooth and timely departure, please be ready 10 minutes before your designated pickup time at your chosen location. Canmore Guests: Your pickup marks the official start of the tour. Banff Guests: Your pickup is approximately 30 minutes after the tour starts in Canmore (to allow travel from Canmore). Pickup times vary by location—please refer to your specific pickup time for accurate details. Being ready early helps keep the tour on schedule to catch the best light at sunrise!

You will receive your specific pickup time by email at least 2–3 days prior to your tour date. Please make sure to check for this email, as your pickup time will depend on your selected location.

Our tours proceed rain, shine, or snow (yes, even in the summer!). However, in extreme weather conditions, we prioritize your safety and comfort—so we’ll either reschedule your tour or offer a refund.

Watching the sunrise at Moraine Lake is chilly! Dress in layers to stay warm and ready for unpredictable mountain weather.

In order to participate all adults must sign a waiver prior to the tour. A waiver must also be completed by the parent or guardian of any child under the age of 18. Failure to complete the waiver will result in the cancellation of your tour.

No-shows, missed departures, or unused services are non-refundable.

We require at least 4 guests for the tour to proceed. If we don’t reach this minimum number, we will offer you options to reschedule or receive a full refund.
