Meeting and Pickup
Pick-up is from the P1 Bus Loading Zone at Maligne Lake, at the corner of Parking Lot 1 (P1) beside the pathway to the Maligne Lake Cruise check-in area. Please arrive 10 minutes early, as the shuttle cannot wait for late guests.
Redemption Instructions
Guests must be ready at the designated pickup location near the Maligne Lake Cruise terminal at least 10 minutes before their scheduled departure time listed below. Pick-up is from the VIP parking lot directly behind the Waffle Hut at Maligne Lake. Shuttle departures operate on a fixed schedule and cannot be delayed for late arrivals. This ticket includes one-way transportation from Maligne Lake to Jasper only. Guests requiring transportation from Jasper to Maligne Lake must pre-book our separate product: Maligne Lake Day Trip Shuttle from Jasper. Guests participating in cruises, hiking, boating, or other activities at Maligne Lake should allow sufficient time to return to the shuttle pickup location before their scheduled departure. Guests with Maligne Lake Cruise reservations are strongly encouraged to book a return shuttle departing at least 45 minutes after their cruise’s scheduled return time. Maligne Lake Cruises may occasionally return up to 30 minutes later than scheduled. Guests who miss their scheduled shuttle departure are responsible for arranging alternate transportation.
