He is a former tea farmer who was involved in everything from tea cultivation to processing in Kyoto. The assistant has a bachelor's degree in pharmacy and is a practicing pharmacist. You can enjoy 10 kinds of matcha from 5 tea production areas in small portions at once. With a wide variety of tea flavors and aromas, you are sure to find your favorite.
